What’s the best thing to do to keeep ur mind off this stuff
Stay off media platforms like instagram Anything that will bring up triggers Try to keep busy like exercising, go for a walk or talk with a friend. Don’t try and fight the urge just get up and do something else. Stay strong you’re future self will be proud 💪
real life tbh. I felt like shit all day yesterday and this morning into early noon. I decided to go do some gardening with my mum and Go for a walk and my urges vanished. the more time you spend in private space with only yourself for company, the harder it is.
