If you look at the leader board, it counts days and ranks you on your “no-nut streak” so yes it counts

I’d say it depends on your goals. Coming from someone who is married, my wife has needs and so do I. So, we eventually do the deed, but I wouldn’t cancel my streak because of that. I would only cancel it if I watched porn voluntarily and or jacked off to porn.
