Hey guys (& gals?), 👋 I’ve been seeing a lot of desperation posts on here, I think some of you are beating yourselves up too much mentally. Relapsing is going to happen, the truth is you enjoy doing it (helps relieve study stress etc), what is toxic is: the lack of control, overuse & content viewed as part of it (+ the lack of libido causing relationship issues). Some tips that have been helping me: 1) Every time you relapse, make it harder to do it again. DELETE THOSE TITTYS! Stop following on: Instagram, Twitter & Phone/PC downloads etc. Punish yourself when it happens, so it is less likely to happen again. You need to give up the attachment to your “collection” - even if it means you relapse clearing it out. It’s easier to do this with post-nut clarity than pre-nut delusion. 2) Analyse what “triggers” you to flip the relapse switch. I keep getting female model underwear adverts on social media - report the advert as “irrelevant” so you see less of them. You need to create more resistance & discipline yourself over being sucked into that negative mindset. This is really important - if you stop thinking about it, you will stop doing it. 3) Focus more on doing it less overall rather than quitting cold - try beat your personal best. The reality is it took you years to be this bad. You need to slowly undo it, not focus blindly on cold turkey failure. Watch less explicit content as you go on, try get to the point where it’s just underwear models not even naked etc. 4) I see a lot of religious posts in here. Stop worrying so much about god judging you - he will always see you always for what you are regardless of what you think. All that he would care about is you are working hard to better your life, not spiralling & making your situation worse - submitting to “the devil”. The fact you are even on this app is proof enough you are doing better than before when you started. Accepting you have an addiction is the first step, being here (after not being here for years) is definitely the second. 5) USE THE APP MORE! (I’m crap at this). There are some really good features on here like the panic button & reflections etc. You paid for this, so make the most of your money. I hope this helps you all. 👍 You will know if you are doing well because your member will ache less each time & feel more lively again. Keep up the good work & stop being so bloody hard on yourselves! This is a marathon not a sprint. Rex 🦖

I thought of another one for you all. 6) Just stop touching it! If you are working from home, playing video games etc. Break the habit of putting your hands down there - it is a trigger. Just don’t even entertain the idea - I’m finding it very difficult to break this one (also just overall embarrassing when people walk in on you). ❌
