discipline is key
i’m realizing that a lot of my temptation comes from lack of discipline. i messed up last night and watched porn and masturbated, but i was also on instagram from 2am-4am. like WHAT AM I THINKING. would love some tips for building a routine!
You gotta get rid of the things that bring those urges on. Put screen time blockers on after a certain time. If you can’t sleep read a book or listen to some sounds. I notice Instagram is horrible because you can accidentally come upon a trigger and boom. You kill your steak. Keep at it bud. It happens. I have friends that used to be addicted to worse things and they can tell you that relapsing is part of the process. Very rarely does someone quit their first try.
