Relapse due to physical symptoms

Just curious if you guys have dealt with this but I have masturbated everyday for years and I’m trying to quit and started using this app 3 days ago. Today was my third day and out of nowhere I started having intense headache along with nausea. I was trying my hardest not to throw up and due to my symptoms I ended up relapsing just for hopes to feel better. I just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this for hope that when I try to stop again starting this moment and I’m having these intense symptoms it comforts me to know others have dealt with it to calm me and keep me strong to push through.
