I have failed two days in a row

After five days of no porn or no fap I’ve had really stressful days and the last two nights I have watched. I want to get back in control of myself. I have added every block I can but at times I just tend to remove them because the urges are so strong usually happens at night. I want to be better if I did it for five days straight I can do longer just need a fee more control
