1. Spend 30 minutes on this app interacting with it, make posts.. message in the chat.. read the articles.. talk to medius.. etc. The app wasn’t free so use the tools! 2. Go to a park and read a productive book. 3. Study with some friends in the library. 4. Get a gym membership and go at least 3-4 times a week. 5. Go hiking or fishing or hunting or whatever. 6. Delete social media apps off your phone. 7. Learn how to cook or bake something. 8. Clean your room to music you like. 9. Shower. 10. Add to the list
11. Complete any side projects you might have like for your car or house
