Day 3 After Relapse (Had 37-Day Streak)

I was bored and got nothing of the video, and felt disgusted at myself after. I told my gf about it and she was disappointed but eventually came to and said she was proud of me for communicating and being open with her. I just want to be better for her and for myself, even if it’s hard at times.
