I ralapsed on my 12 day streak last night…just now I’ve done it again. I feel like shit now, I’ve got a headache and I can feel the normal shift. Fuck what have I done.

12 days is great. I’m sorry to hear about the relapse bro. But you know you can do 12. Go for 13 days now. Go for 20 days. Strive for more. It’s not easy to cut an addiction cold turkey ya know. It’s a struggle.
