Christian brothers and sisters. Please help me and pray for me. Are there any tips that have helped you guys even just go longer than three days? It seems the more I try the more I fall and I just need help. I’m sorry for failing you all.
You haven’t failed us. That’s the guilt and shame eating your spirit up. Pray to Him and pour out your heart. Let whatever negative forces that are controlling your spirit/mind be made known to Him. God heals, and He will heal this poison and bring light onto your darkness if you seek Him out.

Don’t break God’s heart. It hurts him to be separated from you. Don’t be on social media. Read books go for walks, watch that show you’ve wanted to watch but can’t bc you’re relapsing. Let God talk to you by reading his word and put on the Armor of God everyday. This is a spiritual war in a human body. You never know when you’ll have to fight so be prepared
