I always get 1-3 days clean, then the urge and addiction legit controls me. I tell my self no but I do it anyway. After you break let’s say a week of no fap or porn, does it get easier over time?

It will get easier for you so long as you are resisting, you brain needs to be rewired and that takes time. Fapping 2-3x week is better than 7x week!
