Am I using Quittr right?

Hey guys, I’ve been using Quittr for about a month now, and honestly, I’m not sure if I’m using it the right way. I mainly just track my streak and reset when I relapse. Sometimes I scroll through posts and try out the meditation feature, but that’s about it. I see so many people hitting 50+ days, and that’s super inspiring, but I feel like I’m missing out on features that could actually help me push through urges. Anyone got tips on how to use the app better during tough times? Or how you personally make the most out of it? Would really appreciate it!
use the content blocker! it’s really helpful for me, when i want to search some 18+ stuff it’s blocking the search. you get some kind of self awareness moment and don’t want to look at it anymore
