i continue having streaks, then i continue to break them after a couple days. idk how else to go about it. i can go good for a while and then one day ill break, i don’t know what else to try anymore

I agree with Haiden that going out in public might deter you from these urges. If there's a particular time in the day that you feel these urges, try adding something in your timetable that can keep you busy.
Have you tried Going out for a walk or Maybe reading maybe That might help Or listening to music Could help also
I have the same problem. So for me it’s cam models I have been trying for a few years to at least go a month without but have failed so far. One thing I did notice is that after trying I have managed to limit it to only once maybe twice a month with relapses in between. But I want this time to be different hoping being here and at least being able to offer advice and have some given to me can help keep my mind off it
