Day 3 and it’s starting to get hard , it’s like my Brain is trying to force me to that get that dopamine, I worked out twice today but the nights are going to be the worst

Try relaxing music and tea. Something to help you wind down. Sleep can help nerf libido. Since I stopped, I feel like a hormonal teenager again. But after meditation, and winding down it goes away.
