I keep messing up.
Every time I think I’ve got it under control. I end up relapsing. I wish I could just turn it off like a switch. It’s keeping me from my true self. I’m holding myself back. I’ve been neglecting the gym too. It’s just hasn’t been good. Just wanted to rant a little bit.
Amen brother! Once you hit 24 hours, you gotta reward yourself. I’m gonna reward myself with a cool can of coke and a movie tonight. Find something you like to do or eat whatever you feel like after day 1, you deserve it
