When I was 12 I’d hit like six times a day man. long as you ain’t bleeding ha! Give your self a max for the week. If give your self a budget of 6 slams a week and then you get it twice one day now you only got 4 left. Keep lowering the number Im at 1 per two weeks cause I been doin this while. Sometimes it works
