I get to around the 5 day mark and then relapse 3 days on the bounce. Each day worse than the previous. I feel disgusting afterwards like what would future me think. Any recommendations on how to get past this barrier ??
I would just try to identify why you relapsed. If you know day 5 you struggle to get past, try to do something outside and flee if you feel tempted. I’m currently on day 3 and I just try to put myself in situations to succeed not fail. Keep going brother you got this
