After 9 days of being porn-free I feel stronger. My desire to do unwanted things like homework and my ability to stay in control and focus on the things I want to do has improved. I don’t feel as tired and ready to get after it. I have failed over and over again and that is why I succeed. That is why I will continue to succeed. I know it is difficult and it will only get more difficult but without sacrifice there is no growth. Without hardship there is no joy. Without dedication there is no success. STAY STRONG SOLDIER!

That’s right bro. Sometimes we have to remind ourselves that the only way is forward. No matter how difficult and treacherous the journey may be. When you start to deny your flesh and life seems to drag and become difficult, that’s when you know that you are making the right decision (you are in the process of change).
