30 Days of Semen Retention!!!

30 days of semen retention and I feel amazing! God has been working in my life and I want to be transparent and say I do get those urges but you gotta remember why you’re doing this in the first place. I do this for physical, mental, and spiritual reasons. I definitely don’t want to start from square one because I see what can do for me.
