Is y’alls goal to quit jerking off completely or just to stop watching porn? I don’t know what my goal should be.

Mine is just not looking at porn, jerking is fine for my goals and I’ve found I’m less drawn to it anyway since stopping porn but it’s just depends what you want to get out of it really

I chose both. I want to save myself for my relationship, and when I didn’t have a partner it motivated me more to find a high value partner when I was abstinent instead of just anyone. I feel more disciplined and self confident when I abstain from both
