It is hard but this was never meant to be easy, you can do this man. Even if you relapse do not be so hard on yourself, reflect , learn what triggered that relapse but again you got this

Do not suppose that your weaknesses are too far out of reach from his grace and mercy, when teaching about sin Christ says to flee from it, when teaching about weakness he says come unto me all those who are heavy laden. Bring everything you’re struggling with and just lay it out before him and pray to ask how he feels about your efforts and then pick yourself up and try again.
