It’s like clockwork for me. I was free for a week and then I relapsed. What should I do? Should I delete social media for the summer and then track my progress?

Hey, I just relapsed also, and honestly first I think you should clear your head of any bad thoughts, know that relapsing is apart of recovery but keep your head focused on the goodness of not relapsing and journal about relapsing and how you feel about it, if you need anything just reply.
