Gave in to the temporary enjoyment. My post nut clarity has weakened, I stopped feeling as ashamed. I wonder if Ill ever fully get rid of this crazy obsession. I just hope I can get myself to rewire my brain tk think like a straight man, I dont care abt the porn right now
if I cant fix myself to think straight again I will off myself. I wont live my life like that I dont care abt it and dont believe in it. If I dont achieve my goal of a wife and kids and actually fix myself its over
Deciding to quit porn is great for so many reasons but if you are only trying to find a way to “think straight”….. I think you should really spend some time thinking about your sexuality and what it means to you. I’m not trying to tell you anything but I can speak from experience that real change only comes when you accept yourself and seek what you truly want for yourself. Shame is not the path to improvement, love is 🤘
