so annoying

just trying to relax / find something to do with free time and just randomly get flashbacks to stuff i used to watch and its just frustrating because then I get a slight urge to go and look back at it. Just want to move on and be done with it but constantly get reminded. What makes it even worse is that there’s soft core porn on most apps nowadays like youtube and instagram etc. Makes it even harder
