Does having an orgasm without porn count as relapse? I’m still a human being with sex drive but I don’t want to have cheap dopamine and ruin my streak. What are y’all’s thoughts on this?

I think it does, I have not watched porn in months almost a year, but the reason I got this app was to stop the habit of lust as a whole. I don’t watch porn but I still consider master baiting to orgasm as a relapse, but that’s just my standards.

It all depends on what your triggers are for relapse. Is masturbating going to lead you to seek out porn? If not, then I don’t believe that counts as a relapse.
