READ MY STORY !!

I’m a student athlete, I try hard to be disciplined and persistent in life , but when I release my seed and watch P*rn my discipline, communication skills, motivation, masculinity, and energy turns into a downward spiral. I am now taking responsibility and accepting what a lot of other people will deny; My brain loves dopamine and is addicted to this drug called p*rn. Another thing I want to add is this problem only happens when I fail to distract myself. I can go on 5 day streaks like it’s nothing during the school week, but when the weekend comes around… My brain overtakes me.
