Just logged on this app to check my stats Didint even know I knocked a whole month off Alr biggest type I have is don't constantly think about it just focus on being present and grateful if you downloaded this app and are reading this that means u paid money for this app so if you paid money to quit or to help you quit just make a decision to quit
