Sex brings spiritual connections. You’re guys souls aligns and sex is meant for marriage. It’s a sin outside of marriage so i would count it as a relapse. Sin leads to death if left unrepented

Id say no, but you can split hairs depending on whether or it is a relationship that you consider real and are invested in or is it random pickup sex? From a neuro-chemical pov, sex with a real person leads to a build up of serotonin which helps with pair bonding and what not, strengthen your relationship overall, which would make real sex with a long term partner beneficial to health and all that. Casual sex isn’t as good, but certainly better than Pxxx and solo activities.
