Just try to stay offline when you’re bored, tired, or lonely. Ask yourself “why am I getting online right now? Whats my goal?” If you have a purpose to get online, great. Stick to that purpose. But if you’re bored, do a hobby, exercise, be around friends, go for a run. Good luck! You got this.
