Porn has obviously negative effects on our lives, that’s why all of us are on this app. After a few years on a university I learned a few things but especially how to read theses or studies. Some say that edging is good for you and masturbation can reduce a few chronical diseases or illnesses. Reading and learning from studies are one thing. Learning from your body and listening to your body on how it reacts to some activities or stimuls is another. Keep learning and trying out new stuff. We often believe stuff that works for a lot of people but what can work for you, doesn’t mean will work the best for me. Ps: why I gave the title “edging” is because I have been edging 2-3 times a day (sometimes not even once) and it keeps me awake and I feel like I get a wave of energy after I do it. Without energy of focus drops after doing it whatsoever. I only lose focus for the time I do it but we are supposed to do breaks in activities anyways no? Stay strong and listen to your body. 🤟🏽
