10:30 Check-in!

Lawns about done, but what exactly is the purpose of doing these hourly posts? Two reasons, 1. To keep me focused and 2. To send hourly notifications to those who might be struggling at that time. I know when I’ve been tempted or started to engage with the urges, seeing a notification post really helped. Today is about getting tasks done and working towards goals! Here’s to 11:30!
