Almost 7 days through and it is tough. I often feel ready to break any moment. I can think straight and honestly I just feel sadder than ever. I’m not sure why, ever since I’ve stopped it’s just been rough mentally
Try to focus on your why for quitting. Journaling helps. Look for you triggers each day and journal those. Focus on the freedom and not the problem or it can turn into white-knuckling through. What do you want to do with your new found time?
