Work is probably my biggest stressor that lowers my threshold. Working out alleviates that dip in threshold.
Social media is on of my triggers, however? My work is heavily related to social media. Can’t really delete it!
Can you figure out what your triggers are? A few of mine were social media and YouTube. Deleting those has helped. Also I’ve noticed external triggers like a stressful day at work or something with my kids will push me to it. Acknowledging those can help you be more prepared when you get triggered
