Nearly 9 days free :)

I had a spree back to back days before this as I was burnt out from work but I have had this week off and next week I am going on holiday abroad. I have had academic work to finish 2nd half of this week so maybe my increased focus helped me not masturbate because I didn’t want to be disappointed in myself and also the fact I am going to enjoy some sun soon very soon. However, my mind feels a lot more clear and there is no intense sexual urges or thoughts which I think will be really good for me socially when on holiday!
