What you’re trying to avoid is using porn and other unrealistic material to masturbate. Think ejaculating while sleeping doesn’t really count cause it’s like a sneeze. You can’t really control where your mind goes when you sleep. And I think the longer you keep going no fap those wet dreams will diminish over time (unless you are still in your teens idk) just clean yourself and get back to bed
