Don’t give up, you got this, control your flesh I beg, mind over flesh. Don’t give your flesh the sugary treats it wants because it feels nice to taste, don’t give in to masturbation, just to get a high like a drug addict. Get rid of instant gratification, lessen it, stop doing for instant gratification, you’ll thank yourself later. Invest your self and time in things for the future, long term gratification. When you’re about to give in, ask yourself God or the man down there, do it for God please so you don’t have to go apologising for something you know you shouldn’t have done in the first place God Bless
