Relapsed and I need help starting again

I just relapsed again after two days, it’s so much harder in the beginning. I forget how to start this off. Do y’all have any recommendations or ideas for the first week?

I have a few ideas you can try 1) whenever you want to relapse stand up and walk in place. This is to get you out of your comfort zone which is how you relapse 2)get your face under cold water. This will put a shock through your body and make sure your not thinking about doing it. If you still think about it then get back in the cold freezing water. 3) If you’re doing it at bed time then you need to get your phone, laptop, etc away from your bed and turn off the light try to sleep. If you still can’t sleep then put something on tv that you would care if you fell asleep too. It could be an old show your saw already or a movie you saw. But make sure it’s not something too engaging. Conclusion ) you have to realize that it’s not the end of the world. And write down why you want to stop and what it would do for you because a goal without a reason has no purpose keep writing down more reasons why you wanna quit and what it would do for you in your life
