I genuinely help I keep relapsing after 1 or 2 days max especially at night the urges are at an all time high and I keep lying to myself that watching it only won’t make relapse, but at the end of the day it triggers my urges even more and makes me relapse, I wish there was a way I could block all the p websites because that’s the main reason I relapse.
