Need help getting over the hump

Hey all, I downloaded this app recently and have been wanting to make this change. From those of you who have made it far I was wondering how you get over the initial hump. I’ve heard it gets a little easier after a week or two of not doing it but I was wondering if anyone has any advice for getting through the first 14 days. Thank you
I would recommend getting into a routine and setting up a to-do list. Focus on self-improvement.
