Is something supposed to happen when I press the panic button? Felt very tempted in the moment so I opened the app and pressed it but nothing happens. Just opening the app and reading one simple thing was not kill the craving but still wondering if the panic button actually has a function
It worked for me, the app can't force you to stop. But the haptic on the typing helped me focus on the words and get out of the spiral obsessive desire.
Dang typos goin crazy but the first reply was accidental before retyping but I meant to say just opening this app WAS enough to kill the temptation.
Yeah I think just taking the moment to go to this app first rather than caving into the temptation is well worth the money. Before having this I would have nothing to turn to other than to say a prayer but something about knowing there’s a community of guys all struggling and trying to drop the same thing that I can go to is powerful as far as overcoming the addiction goes.

Even after paying too it still seems useless, just a vibration and saying "no, dont do it" aint much. I'll be honest I got pissed off once I spent money on this app but I guess if I spent money I'm more likely to take it seriously.
