A couple of months ago, I went 9 days followed by 11 days without porn. Now I can’t go 24 hours, let alone the fact that I slipped up 7 times in 2-3 days. I am feeling very lost and like God is distant. I know that I’m saved, but why does it feel like God isn’t with me?

Talk to God man, confess to Him and if you truly repent of this and try to keep your mind from entertaining any sexual thought, He will give you strength, I would recommend to start working out and putting your energies where it will build you
