i continue to press not interested to all these instagram suggested reels & it seems to get worse and not go away does this happen to any of you?

Yep the only thing I find that works is getting rid of Inst for a bit.

You can also go in to settings and set content to less explicit. You can also reset your algorithm all together. I just did that the other day and I have not had any explicit content for a while. Getting rid of ig is always a solid choice
