You’ve got this. I am fresh on this journey as well (first time using the assistance of an app). I went through and watched some of the videos, and what I take away from it all, is this entity of watching porn and masturbating, is essentially a “game”. The only way to win the game? Don’t play it. Find other things to do in your spare time. Workout. Go for a walk. Read a book. Listen to some music that you enjoy. Visit/call friends or family. You’ve got this. We’ve all got this. Best of luck to you on this journey, you can do it.

I think that’s part of the reason though. You can’t speak it into existence like that. Once your frame of mind switches to it being an inevitability, the next thought is always “why try to stop when I’m going to do it anyway.” Don’t put a stick in your bicycle spokes when you could be having such a pleasant ride.
