Day 5 guys, I woke up this morning and gave thanks to God for allowing me to see another day! Also, I gave thanks for helping me get over these urges. I’m committed I feel so confident in myself , my attitude and perspective as a hold is gaining confidence. I love the feeling of feeling clean and overall healthy. I think that is what is helping knowing that I’m working towards something.. even when I talk to women my confidence is better and I can articulate myself better.
