I've been feeling quite low since day 14. I think it may be because I'm going through flatline. Just wondering for those of you who have been through flatline how long did it last for you guys?

For me it was about 3 weeks. Don’t stress too much. Your dopamine is just dropping. Continue your journey, go to the gym, and find something to be productive towards and you’ll start to feel normal. Remember that normal will feel different than what you’re used to and that’s a good thing. I literally have no urges to watch or fap anymore. Yes I’ll get a trigger here and there but it’s essentially no effort for me to refrain from doing anything now. Trust me, keep going and you’ll be at peace
