I just got this app and I have to say it’s very cool and definitely helpful for this journey. I had 3 instances today where the urge came strong and I used the panic button and I was able to will myself out of it. I watch porn usually once a day and have been trying to quit for 2 years but it has a strong force over me that I want to break. Hopefully this leads to something new and refreshing.
