Euphoric Recall

I’m 45 days sober and feeling great but i should’ve journaled that about 30 days in i was getting a bunch of small urges to look up porn. I was able to overcome those urges but the euphoria is still there. My brain is still able to recall various images or fantasies to entertain. It’s a constant struggle but I’m so happy for this app. It motivates me that every second I’m not giving in is another second of sobriety. We are not guaranteed tomorrow but we can work on ourselves today to be better for tomorrow, God willing. Stay strong everyone!🙏🏻
