4x times relapsed during this 34 days. feel so shit, controlled my mind for like 3 weeks then relapsed also then stop for like 2 weeks then i relapsed 2x times for the past few days.. feel so bad embarrassing and shame!! honestly it does impact my daily life.. May Allah SWT help me to get through this hard time…….. Pray Guys!!
