Get out of bed more. Keep busy. Plan your day and tell yourself you don’t do it anymore anytime you go to do it. You got this
Me too brother, me too. But with patience and elimination of the triggers, we can overcome this filthy habit.
There’s no easy answer, but arming yourself with an app like this is an excellent start. If you have a trusted friend or mentor, that will help. Every night I “put on the Armor of God”, helping reinforce the mindset that I am prepared for battle. Idk if you’re a Christian, but that’s what I grew up with. Ephesians 6:10-20 is the armor of God passage if you’re interested/didn’t know. I quote it from memory each night and mime putting on the armor. A couple books that have helped me aside from that are “Rules for a Knight” by Ethan Hawke. Has a lot of good wisdom in it, can help your mentality if you really apply it in your life. Another I’ve been reading with my weekly group is “Every Man’s Battle” by Stephen Arterburn and Fred Stoeker. They have some good tips and suggested habits to develop for counteracting temptation to relapse
