This is my first time on the App and really trying to quit. Any advice from anyone that can help with the first few days?

Don’t count the days, make today count. This is for you AND those you love. Do not lose sight of why you’re doing this. There is no “I’ll do better next time,” I told myself that every time I relapsed. There is no “I’ll just look for a little bit” If you relapse, don’t give up. My girlfriend once told me when I was stressed out about something I was dealing with that the sun will still rise, it isn’t the end of the world.
